Cerbaiona's production includes Brunello di Montalcino, Rosso di Montalcino and a small quantity of Sangiovese IGT Grammatica. In 2022, a second selection of Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino was launched under the Le Colline M.L. Fioretti label.
